Before you ask

Quick answers.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, usually sooner. If your date is close, say so. We prioritise anything time-sensitive so we can tell you quickly whether we can hold it.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many days you are covering, whether you want a one or two-person crew, the edit, the turnaround, and add-ons like a same-day highlight. We don't publish prices, because no two of these weddings are the same. We send a straight, itemised quote after our first conversation, with nothing to decode.

Do you know my specific tradition?

Yes. We film six traditions, Nikkah, Anand Karaj, Vivaah Sanskar, Gaye Holud, Thirumanam and English civil or church weddings, and we know the order of service, the moments that matter and the photography etiquette for each. The ceremony pages set out exactly how we approach yours.

Can you film at my mosque, gurdwara or temple?

Almost certainly. We have worked across London's venues for twenty-five years. Some have specific photography policies, so once we know your venue we confirm what is permitted directly with them before the day, rather than finding out at the door.

How long until we get the film?

Around four to six weeks for the finished film. If you need it sooner, we can usually arrange a faster edit, talk to us about it. If you want something to play at the reception the same evening, we can cut a two to three-minute same-day highlight.

One videographer, or a crew?

For a single-day ceremony, one is standard. For multi-day weddings, or where events run in parallel, a bride's and groom's Mehndi on the same morning. We put a two-person crew on it so nothing important is missed.

What if equipment fails on the day?

We carry backup cameras, lenses, batteries and audio, and we build redundancy into how we shoot. Equipment failure never costs you a moment. There is always a second camera on the important ones.

Do you offer a same-day edit?

Yes, a short highlight cut during the day and shown at the reception that evening. It means an editor working on site during the day, and the full film still takes several weeks, the same-day piece is a teaser, not the finished edit. We'll say whether it's workable for your timings.
